SUMMARY:March 10th @ 5:00 PM - Time Change for Peaceful Protestors Outside Central Prison
DESCRIPTION:As on every Monday of the year\, CANC members & friends often join those who’ve kept vigil to protest the death penalty for over 18 years. When the clocks “spring forward” one hour\, so does the hour to join in solidarity outside Central Prison (1300 Western Blvd\, Raleigh\, NC 27606). So bring a homemade sign or borrow one of ours\, and please consider joining us at 5:00 any Monday until November when the clocks “fall back” one hour\, and so does the peaceful protest. \n\n\n\nQuestions? Scroll up on this page for answers or email director@catholicsforabolitionnc.org.

SUMMARY:STAY of Execution - Divine Mercy Chaplet Prayer Vigil for David Leonard Wood (TX) - CANCELLED
DESCRIPTION:Please join with CANC Members and Friends as we thank our Merciful God that the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals has granted a stay of execution for Mr. Wood. The evidence from DNA testing definitively excludes him and evidence that was suppressed during his trial 32 years ago will hopefully come to light. May justice rule on the side of truth and mercy.
